David J. McLean, PhD, Chairman of the Board
Dr. McLean is the former CEO of RxHub. Prior to joining RxHub in 2003, Dr. McLean was with United Health Group for 10 years where he served as CEO of United Resource Networks. At United Resource Networks he was responsible for the growth and development of services in the field of organ transplantation to over 40 million covered individuals. Dr. McLean has over 30 years of experience in health care and the managed care industry.

Doug Johnson
University of Minnesota
Doug Johnson is the Director of the University Venture Center at the University of Minnesota. Prior to founding the Venture Center, Doug developed and taught a curriculum on Venture Capital within the Carlson Ventures Enterprise (CVE) in the MBA program at the Carlson School of Management. Prior to his work with the Carlson School and the University of Minnesota, Doug had over twenty years experience in the venture capital and investment banking industries. He holds a degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St Thomas.
Doug Johnson began his career and worked for 10 years at IBM’s large mainframe division in engineering, sales and sales management. Subsequently, he was an investment banker for three years with Dain Bosworth where he managed public offerings and private placements of both debt and equity, primarily for technology-based companies. For the following 10 years, Johnson was a senior officer and General Partner with Norwest Venture Capital, one of the oldest and most successful venture capital firms in the U.S. He evaluated new investment opportunities, made investments and served on the boards of approximately 25 early-stage companies, in addition to recruiting new associates to the firm. During this period he was President of the Minnesota Venture Capital Association for one year, and a member of the National Venture Capital Association.
Since leaving the institutional venture capital business in late 1990, Johnson has served as an active investor, director and/or chairman of several early-stage and/or troubled companies. He currently serves on the boards of several private high-technology companies.
Kevin Roche

Roche's extensive background in the healthcare industry includes more than 25 years in legal, strategic advisory and executive operating roles. Roche is currently a managing partner at Vita Advisors, a mergers and acquisition advisory firm focused solely on the healthcare industry.
Previously, Roche spent 14 years with UnitedHealth Group, serving as General Counsel before becoming the CEO of the Ingenix division. Under his leadership, Ingenix's revenue grew from less than $50 million to over $400 million. Prior to UnitedHealth, he held senior executive and legal positions with Partners National Health Plans and American Medcenters Inc.
Roche earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and holds a master's degree in business administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business.

Dr. Cipolle received his Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree (Honors) from the College of Pharmacy at the University of Illinois Medical Center and the Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Cipolle presently holds the position of Professor and Director of the Peters Institute of Pharmaceutical Care in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
